Not at all. We work with people at all levels — from those just getting started to individuals looking to improve mobility, strength, or overall wellness. Everything we do is tailored to where you are right now.

Assisted stretching is a one-on-one session where a trained professional helps guide your body through safe, effective stretches. This allows for better positioning, deeper mobility work, and more relaxation than stretching on your own.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily — similar to what you’d wear for light exercise or stretching. Athletic wear is ideal, but the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and unrestricted.
Shoes are typically removed during the session.

An InBody test provides detailed insight into your body beyond the scale — including body fat percentage, muscle mass, body water, and basal metabolic rate (BMR). This information helps us understand how your body functions, guide nutrition and activity decisions, and track meaningful progress over time.

No. While weight loss is a goal for some clients, our primary focus is overall wellness — improving how you move, feel, and function. The scale is just one piece of the bigger picture.

No. We don’t require memberships or long-term contracts. You’re free to schedule individual sessions, purchase packages, or participate in programs based on what makes sense for you.

Our goal is to support progress and consistency — not lock you into something that doesn’t fit your needs.

Yes. All sessions and assessments are by appointment only. This allows us to give each client our full attention and provide a calm, personalized experience.

Appointments can be scheduled online or by contacting us directly.

Yes. We are proud to offer a military discount to active-duty service members and Veterans. Please mention your military status when booking or during your first visit, and we will take care of the rest.
