Assisted stretching is a one-on-one session where a trained professional helps guide your body through safe, effective stretches. This allows for better positioning, deeper mobility work, and more relaxation than stretching on your own.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily — similar to what you’d wear for light exercise or stretching. Athletic wear is ideal, but the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and unrestricted.
Shoes are typically removed during the session.
An InBody test provides detailed insight into your body beyond the scale — including body fat percentage, muscle mass, body water, and basal metabolic rate (BMR).
